With over 42 years of experience, Daleep Bhatia & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based out of New Delhi with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and delivering excellence in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Assurance, GST, and company law services.
We also provide clients with specialized services such as FEMA advisory, FCRA registration, and compliances, NBFC setup and advisory, representation before various authorities such as RBI, ITAT, PMLA, and India entry for various foreign companies, etc.

Daleep Bhatia is the founder and senior-most partner at Daleep Bhatia & Co.
He has extensive experience in handling audits, direct taxation, search and seizure cases, business structuring, inbound and outbound investments, and FEMA advisory for clients in a wide range of sectors.
His extensive knowledge is evidenced by the fact that he has authored two books on Income Tax law namely ‘Delhi High Court on Direct Taxes’ and ‘Income Tax Raids- Law and Procedure’.
He is also actively involved in writing articles for newspapers and professional magazines along with assisting the TV programs on the Union Budget on TV programs with renowned journalists.
With his experience of more than 42 years, he is relied upon by many businesses for his financial, legal, and taxation advice.
